Omphile Moerane joined LvA in April 2022 and is based at LvA Orange Farm. She holds a BA in Psychology and a LLB from Rhodes University. Prior to joining LvA, Omphile served her articles of clerkship at M.J Photoane Attorneys. While at University, she served on the committee of the Legal Activism (NTUTHUKO) Society as a Public Relations Officer and conducted workshops aimed at educating the Grahamstown community about their rights under various portfolios including constitutional law, environmental law, wills and estates and labour law. Omphile believes that South Africa has some of the most progressive legislation in the world and that it is the duty of lawyers to ensure that it is implemented.
